AUCTION MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

The auction industry has seen exponential growth and change sine the principles of Alliance entered the industry in 2000, just as the internet was coming of age. Alliance was the first Texas owned company to conduct a multi-parcel auction in 2004, the first to conduct a live auction with simultaneous online bidding in 2006 and the first to conduct an online only multi-parcel auction in 2019. Technology coupled with our marketing and work ethic achieves maximum value for our clients and we are offering like minded representatives the opportunity to join our team.

Alliance Auction Marketing Representatives will help producers, dealers, corporations and government entities market and sell their assets through a customized Alliance solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Call on prospective clients, determine their need and offer Alliance solutions.
  • Target prospective clients for equipment and non-real estate sales.
  • Understand the needs and expectations of clients, offer Alliance solutions while adhering to our core values.
  • Handle lead traffic and keep customer relationships organized and nurtured.
  • Manage database of potential customers and contact them regularly.
  • Maintain a positive attitude internally and externally, offer solutions to problems that will improve the Alliance team and our clients experience.
  • Strive every day to be better.

Skills:

  • An energetic, approachable and solution driven personality is a must.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of self confidence, energy and personal drive.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and target potential clients.
  • Possess the ability to work individually with little oversight.
  • Auctioneer’s license is not necessary but is a benefit.

This is a 100% commission and bonus position. Each client that sells with Alliance generates a commission that is then generously split between the representative and the company. You will no longer be limited to a specific amount on payday, your earning power is in your own hands and Alliance will provide you with the tools and support you need to exceed your goals.

REAL ESTATE MARKETING AGENT

Licensed real estate agents who wish to maximize their income while providing their clients with a high-level service will find Alliance a dream come true. The typical real estate brokerage allows agents only two paths for income while Alliance real estate agents have eight, yes eight, different opportunities to earn commission income.

Alliance real estate agents build and develop relationships with property owners and gain clients who wish to maximize the value of their property through our marketing efforts.

Our independent agents are the backbone of our business as they live out the Alliance core values with our clients every day. Our full-time administrative staff supports our agents so they can spend more time selling and earning and less time doing the non-paying part of real estate.

An Alliance real estate agent is required to:

  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Must be licensed to sell real estate OR eligible to become licensed.
  • Pass our interview and pre-screening process.
  • You must invest in necessary start-up costs such as acquiring (if necessary) your real estate license, personal advertising materials and any additional or continuing education.
  • Agree and adhere to our core values.
  • Maintain a positive, problem solving attitude for the team and our clients.
