National United Country Awards for a New Franchise
Amarillo’s Alliance Auction & Realty Earns Top State Ranking and No. 13 Nationwide Ranking Among 600 United Country Offices Across the U.S. April 6, 2011 (Kansas City, Mo.) - Just eight months after purchasing a United Country franchise in April 2010, United Country – Alliance Auction & Realty has secured the No. 13 national ranking among nearly 600 United Country offices coast-to-coast, as well as the No. 1 ranking for the state of Texas. As a result of their 2010 success, Alliance Auction & Realty has earned United Country’s prestigious Summit Club Silver Award, which was presented during United Country’s National Training & Awards Convention. In addition to the team’s sales achievements, United Country – Alliance Auction & Realty was also named United Country’s 2010 Rising Star Award Winner, an honor bestowed upon the highest performing new franchise office within the United Country system each year.

Brent Graves Selected Top 20 Under 40
Brent Graves owner of United Country - Alliance Auction & Realty was recently named as Top 20 Under 40 business people by the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce. Candidates are nominated by fellow Amarillo business professionals and are scored by a committee based on professional accomplishments, local contributions and community service.
Brent Graves to be Auctioneer's Association President
June 18, 2011 (Houston, TX) During the annual business meeting of the Texas Auctioneer's Association Brent Graves of Amarillo was chosen to lead the organization as president beginning in June of 2012. Graves was elected president-elect by the general membership and will resume the office of president at next years convention in San Marcos. "It is an honor to serve the auctioneers of Texas and give of my time to the profession that has been so good to my family" Graves said. The Texas Auctioneer's Association is the official organization that represents auctioneers, bid assistants and support staff of the state's auction industry. The TAA was founded in 1956 and includes over 400 Texas Auctioneer members.
